For deeper control, the attack and release times are adjustable independently, letting you dial in anything from smooth glue to snappy transient shaping.

Three threshold ranges (−15 dBu, −4 dBu, +5 dBu) offer flexibility for different signal levels, while a gain limit switch (−3 dB or −9 dB) lets the MSCL behave more like a peak limiter when needed.

An external sidechain input opens up classic ducking effects — perfect for carving out space in mixes or rhythmic modulation. With up to 35 dB of output gain, the MSCL not only compresses but can also boost signals to punch through any mix.
