This expanded take on the classic Buchla-style sequencer provides ten stages of tactile voltage control in a standard 30HP footprint.

The Voltage Multistage 10 moves beyond simple step sequencing. Because each stage features a dedicated gate input and a discrete transistor-based design, you can address any point in the sequence instantly. This allows you to jump between stages using external logic or create complex, non-linear patterns that ignore the traditional forward-motion constraint. It functions equally well as a sophisticated envelope generator, a multi-stage LFO, or a performance-oriented pitch source.

In a live patch, the module shines when you treat it as a playable controller. You can set up multiple loops within the ten stages or use the gate inputs to "remix" your sequence on the fly. The addition of two extra stages over the original design offers just enough headroom to create odd-meter rhythms or more complex modulation curves without sacrificing panel space. While it lacks internal memory, it rewards those who prefer a physical, immediate interface where every parameter sits on the front panel.

This module acts as the logical center of a Verbos system. It provides the precise CV offsets and timing pulses needed to drive complex oscillators and filters with organic, vintage-flavored response.
