The Plexiphon represents the latest evolution in the long-standing collaboration between Make Noise and DSP mastermind Tom Erbe (Soundhack). Built on entirely new code for Make Noise’s modern digital hardware, it moves away from traditional "mode-based" processing. There are no algorithms to menu-dive or switches to flip; instead, the module offers a single, continuous sonic space that you navigate via CV and manual control.

The heart of the module is the Plexus control, which orchestrates the complexity and interconnection of internal feedback paths. Depending on where Plexus and Size are set, the module can act as a discrete multi-tap delay, a traditional room reverb, or a smear of resonant textures that defies categorization. With dedicated controls for stereo coupling and "Skewing" (moving the left and right channels in opposite directions), the Plexiphon is designed to pull signals apart and push them back together in a swirling, three-dimensional field.
