Flame Fire

This module is drum synthesis on fire.
Flame’s Fire Drum Synth is an 8-voice digital percussion powerhouse capable of everything from deep analog-style kicks to shimmering FM textures, aggressive noise hits to melodic synth parts. Each of the eight voices can be assigned one of nine synthesis algorithms, including virtual analog, FM, T-bridge, wavetable, and sample-based synthesis—making Fire as versatile as it is punchy.

Each voice includes A/B sound variations with real-time morphing, allowing you to blend between different timbres for movement within a sound or across an entire kit. Add velocity, panning, volume, and morph control via MIDI or CV, and you’ve got a dynamic and flexible sound engine ready for studio or live use.

The front panel offers dedicated knobs for fast hands-on control over synthesis parameters, while a compact 6HP expander adds 8 CV and trigger inputs plus 3 more audio outputs for a total of 8 individual outs—perfect for multitrack recording or complex setups. A 60cm ribbon cable is included, so the expander can be mounted flexibly to keep patching tidy.

Fire stores up to 128 kits and 30 user presets per algorithm. Kits can be backed up, restored, or swapped via MIDI SysEx, and changes triggered with MIDI program change—ideal for sequencing from external hardware or DAWs.
