Eowave Weather Drones 1.5 – Full Synth Voice for Ambient Exploration

The Weather Drones 1.5 is a complete synth voice module designed to sculpt lush, evolving soundscapes. With a unique blend of digital and analog components, it delivers everything you need to create shimmering drones, complex modulations, and atmospheric textures — all within a single module.

At the heart of the sound engine is a stack of eight triangle oscillators, layered to produce rich harmonic content. The Spread control detunes these voices for enhanced spectral width, while an integrated wavefolder allows you to dramatically alter the timbre.

Modulation is made intuitive with a built-in LFO (featuring triangle and square wave outputs), assignable CV inputs with attenuators, and a dedicated Attack/Decay envelope with level control. The oscillator feeds into a warm analog low-pass filter, which can be modulated internally or via external CV.

Additional features include an analog noise generator for added texture, a sample & hold / slew output that blends noise and instability, and a VCA to complete the signal path — ready for dynamic shaping and performance.
