Doepfer A-160-2 Clock Divider II

The A-160-2 Clock Divider II from Doepfer is a significantly upgraded take on the classic A-160, designed for more flexible rhythmic processing in your Eurorack system. With multiple division modes and configurable behaviour, it’s a powerful tool for clock manipulation.

A three-position switch selects between different division schemes:

• Power of Two (2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128)

• Prime Numbers (2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17)

• Integer Sequence (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8)

Another switch toggles between Gate and Trigger output modes, depending on whether you want traditional clock division or pulse width to follow the input signal.

Internal jumpers allow further personalisation:

• Choose rising or falling edge detection for the input

• Set clock outputs to normal or inverted

• Define reset behaviour as edge- or level-triggered, with positive or negative polarity
