Doepfer - A-138j Inverting/Interrupting Mixer (Janus Mixer)

The Doepfer A-138j is a compact and highly flexible 4-channel utility mixer designed for both audio and CV signals. It allows you to mix, mute, invert, and offset with precision, making it an essential tool for shaping and routing signals in any patch.

Each channel features a three-position switch to select between normal attenuation, signal inversion, or muting. Channel 1 also acts as a voltage source, providing an adjustable ±5V offset when no input is patched. Channels 1 and 2 include dual outputs: Out A feeds the main mix, while Out B removes the signal from the mix for isolated routing.

With two mix outputs and full DC coupling, the A-138j is ideal for dynamic signal processing, modulation control, and creative patching in minimal space.
