The Foxtrot Duo Mk 2 is a "greatest hits" collection of filter history, meticulously modeled down to the non-linear quirks of the original hardware. Rather than providing just one flavor, it offers three distinct virtual analog circuits: the warm, squelchy Moog-style Ladder, the aggressive and "screaming" Korg Sallen-and-Key, and the velvety, smooth Oberheim SEM. Because these models are realised digitally, the Foxtrot Duo can do what their ancestors couldn’t: morph seamlessly between Low-Pass, Band-Pass, and High-Pass states.

The Mk 2 update elevates the module from a simple filter to a sophisticated sound design tool. A new dedicated Split Cutoff control (with CV) allows you to offset the frequency of the left and right filters, creating wide stereo movement or vocal-like formants in Band-Pass mode. For those who prefer a centered punch, the new Mono Summing switch merges both paths into a unified signal. When combined with the split cutoff, this layering creates incredibly complex, phase-shifted textures that sound like two different filters working in parallel.
