Doepfer - A-140-2 Dual Micro ADSR (Silver)

The A-140-2 is a dual ADSR envelope generator that combines classic shaping with deep configuration options, all in a compact 8HP format.

Each envelope features Gate and Retrigger inputs, plus dedicated controls for Attack, Decay, Sustain, and Release. Two CV outputs are available per envelope, and internal jumpers allow you to choose between standard and inverted output behavior.

The CV input and attenuator for each envelope can be configured—again via jumpers—to affect specific stages of the envelope. Whether you want to modulate just the Decay time or both Attack and Release, the choice is yours. You can also set the CV modulation direction (increase or decrease time values).

Further options include jumper settings for normalising the gate inputs and enabling or disabling CV control from the Doepfer bus board. All in all, the A-140-2 is a compact but powerful modulation source that’s equally useful in small systems or as a utility in larger setups.
