Terms and Conditions of Sale
Effective from 9 October 2025
1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases from Analogue Systems Limited, trading as Schneiders Keller, 24 Denmark Street, London WC2H 8NJ, United Kingdom (“Schneiders Keller”, “we”, “us”).
By placing an order online or in-store, you agree to these Terms. Any variations or additional agreements are valid only if confirmed by us in writing.
Our product listings are invitations to place an order, not binding offers. When you click “Buy Now” or confirm a purchase in-store, you make a binding offer to purchase. A contract is formed once we send an order confirmation or receipt.
If, after accepting your order, an item becomes unavailable due to supplier issues beyond our control, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made.
2. Delivery
We do not ship on Monday at the moment. Any purchases for delivery made after 7pm on Saturday will be posted on Tuesday morning
We deliver to the address you provide at checkout.
International Shipping: Additional customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout or advised when ordering.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Business customers assume risk once goods are handed to the carrier.
Please inspect goods promptly on arrival and report any visible damage as soon as possible so we can assist with claims.
3. Warranty and Returns
Your purchase is covered by UK consumer protection law.
New products: Standard statutory warranty applies.
Used or B-stock items: 12-month warranty from the delivery date.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, installation, modification, or normal wear and tear.
If a product is faulty, we will repair or replace it where possible. If this cannot be done within a reasonable time, you may request a refund or price reduction.
Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT. Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout.
Payment is due immediately unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and online payment methods offered at checkout.
If payment is late, interest may be charged at 5% above the Bank of England base rate until full payment is received.
5. Ownership of Goods
All goods remain the property of Schneiders Keller until full payment has been received. Until then, goods must not be resold, pledged, or otherwise transferred.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health. For other negligent breaches of duty, our liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical of such contracts.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and all contracts between you and Schneiders Keller are governed by English law.
For business customers, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is London, UK.
Consumers may bring proceedings in their local court or in London.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern or complaint about a purchase, please contact us directly at info@schneiderskeller.co.uk so we can resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
As Schneiders Keller is based in the United Kingdom, we are not registered with the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform and are not obliged to take part in EU ODR procedures.
UK customers may seek advice or assistance through Citizens Advice or Trading Standards if required.
9. Severability
If any clause of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
